Lunch: Vegan gluten free pizza!

The pie might not look like much- it needs color. But I used the tofu chicken wing recipe and added those to the pie for a Buffalo Hot wing Pie. I fried tomatoes and broccoli and added that to teh pie with a few peppers.Not much to look at but tastes great! I'll bet with a little conventional vegan cheese, and with the right shape on the "chicken" you could fool a carnivore into thinking this was a regular "normal" pie. I like using the Bob's Red Mill GF crust and cooking it on coconut oil. It gives the crust a real crunch.
